Find quick answers to common questions about enrollment, policies, and daily operations.

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on major holidays. Extended hours may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Enrollment begins with a center tour. After the tour, you can submit an application form along with the non-refundable registration fee. Once accepted, we will provide you with the full enrollment packet.
Children must be symptom-free and fever-free (without medication) for 24 hours before returning to the center. If a child becomes ill during the day, parents will be contacted immediately for pick-up.
Yes, we offer 2-day, 3-day, and 5-day programs depending on availability. Half-day options are also available for our preschool program.
Please provide at least two complete changes of clothes, comfort items for nap time (blanket/stuffed animal), and any necessary diapers/wipes. All items should be clearly labeled with your child's name.
We use a parent communication app to provide daily updates, photos, and messages. You will also receive our monthly newsletter, and we schedule formal parent-teacher conferences twice a year.
